Welcome to my Premades Department. So many people have been urging me to start selling my graphics, so I thought I'd give it a try :) Thank you for taking the time to read my terms. You probably know the drill, but here it goes. You must have a website with some content (just a page with links is not acceptable), written in English, German or Dutch. My graphics are only to be used on personal family friendly sites (sorry, no MSN groups). You must have the No Right Click, IE6 Disable Image Toolbar, and No Drag Code scripts installed on all your pages. It is mandatory to link back to my site on every page where you use my graphics. For this purpose you can use the logo (provided with each adoption) or a visible textlink to Sparky's: http://www.atsparkys.com All my other pages change from time to time, so please link back to the main url. Adoptions are not to be used in emails. You may not direct-link to my graphics. The copyright of the graphics remain with me. You purchase a license for using them. My graphics may not be opened in ANY graphics program. No alteration what so ever. The only exception for adding text to my graphics applies for the quiltsquares, banners or adoptions I provide for this purpose. You may not resell the items you purchase from me, don't claim them as your own. If you plan on putting my graphics on a password protected site (either free or paid membership) I must be granted membership to it. I reserve the right to change my terms at any time, without prior notice. Last - but by no means least - enjoy and spread the word :)
