- No website (with some contents), no membership - sorry - No need to request membership if your site isn't child-friendly. - I retain the copyright on all of my work - if you apply for membership you are simply applying for a license to use my work. You may not claim them as your own original designs. - I reserve the right to refuse membership to anyone for any reason I see fit. - You may NOT offer my lineart "as is", you may NOT redistribute them in any way. That includes adding them to your online lineart collection, or in any of the tuts you offer. - Your results of the colored outlines are yours to do with as you please. You may create adoptions, websets, sigtags, etc. both for free and for a profit, provided you give a textlink to Sparkys (http://www.atsparkys.com) for the outline. - The samples are mine and are not to be used by anyone else, do not take them! - You may not share your username and password with anybody. No exceptions! - Do not post any urls from in the members area anywhere - if you want to link back to me, please use the main url: http://www.atsparkys.com. - If anything in my TOU isn't clear to you, please email me, so I can explain.
